Brown is a certified elder law attorney (CELA) by the National Elder Law Foundation and is the only board-certified lawyer in Cabarrus County certified as a specialist in elder law by the North Carolina State Bar Board of Legal Specialization. She leverages her particular unique skills and knowledge in resolving elder law issues, such as Medicaid planning, guardianship and elder abuse among many others.

Jazmin G. Caldwell is licensed to practice law by the state of North Carolina and is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Western District of North Carolina, as well as the United States Supreme Court Bar. She is the 2020 president of the Rotary Club of Concord, as well as a pro bono volunteer with Legal Services of the Southern Piedmont, and she participates in free legal will clinics such as “Wills for Heroes” through the North Carolina Bar Association.
